Diwali Muhurat Trading: Know timings of pre-open, block deal and normal market session

This special session marks the beginning of the Hindu calendar year Samvat 2081. This hour-long session will be preceded by a pre-opening session from 5:45 pm to 6:00 pm and prior to that, there will also be a block deal session from 5:30 pm to 5:45 pm. Further, the special session also includes a call illiquid auction session from 6:05 pm to 6:50 pm. The closing session takes place from 7:10 pm to 7:20 pm. During the Muhurat session, the market operates like any regular trading day, where investors can buy and sell stocks, but the sentiment is largely positive.
