M&M shares in focus on incorporation of new step-down subsidiary

M&M shares rally 5% as co records highest ever SUV sales, grows by 25% YoY

[hfe_template id='11223'] [ad_1] Shares of Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) surged by 5.4% to an intraday high of Rs 2,968.35 on the BSE after the company announced that it has recorded a 25% YoY growth in its SUV sales at 54,504 vehicles, its highest ever monthly number. “In the Utility Vehicles segment, Mahindra sold 54504 vehicles in the domestic market, a growth of 25% and overall, 55571 vehicles, including exports. The domestic sales for Commercial Vehicles stood at 28812,” the company informed in an exchange filing. The 3.5T + MHCV witnessed a fall of 9% and 5% YoY respectively.
