Shares of Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles (TMLCV) are expected to hit Dalal Street later this month, marking the formal debut of India’s largest truck and bus maker as a standalone company after its split from Tata Motors. The October 14 record date marked the separation of Tata Motors’ passenger and commercial vehicle businesses. Shareholders who held Tata Motors stock before that date are eligible to receive one share of TMLCV for every share held.
