Shares of Dixon Technologies will remain in focus on Friday as the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary Dixon Electro Manufacturing entered into an MOU with Cellecor Gadgets for the manufacturing of refrigerators and other components for the latter. “Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that Dixon Electro Manufacturing Private Limited, Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Dixon Technologies (India) Limited has entered into an MOU with Cellecor Gadgets Limited (“Cellecor”) for manufacturing of Refrigerators and its related components for Cellecor,” said the company’s filing to the stock exchanges.
