[hfe_template id='11223'] [ad_1] Shares of InterGlobe Aviation, which operates IndiGo Airlines, rose up to 4% to a day’s high of Rs 5,566 on BSE on Monday, as Brent crude oil prices fell below the $60 per barrel mark following OPEC+’s announcement to increase output. Similarly, for airlines, cheaper fuel improves margins and lifts bottom-line performance. Among other paint stocks, Berger Paints and Akzo Nobel were also trading nearly 2% higher. MRF shares jumped over 2%, as the tyre manufacturer uses crude-derived carbon black as a major raw material. This makes the newly-listed SM REIT not only the priciest security on Dalal Street but also a symbol of the growing allure of real estate investment trusts as a niche yet lucrative asset class. Elcid Investments grabbed headlines in October with a historic single-day leap from Rs 3.53 to Rs 2.36 lakh per share, driven by a special auction session to uncover fair value, its trading volumes and liquidity remain limited. Despite its status as one of India’s most expensive stocks, Elcid now trails PropShare Platina in absolute price terms. In contrast, PropShare Platina’s offering is rooted in income-generating real estate, providing a stable and transparent value proposition for investors. PropSh...
