IREDA shares in focus after Q4 profit surges 49% YoY to Rs 502 crore

The total revenue from operations in Q4FY25 stood at Rs 1,905 crore which was up 37% over Rs 1,391 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the last financial year. On a sequential basis, the profit after tax (PAT) surged 18% against Rs 425 crore posted by the NBFC in Q3FY25. The bottomline was up 12% on the quarter-on-quarter basis versus Rs 1,698 crore in the October-December quarter of FY25. IREDA shares jump 4% ahead of board meeting to consider borrowing plan for FY2025-26

[hfe_template id='11223'] [ad_1] The shares of the Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) jumped 4% to their day’s high of Rs 176.80 on the BSE on March 25, ahead of the company’s board meeting, which is scheduled later today to consider matters related to its borrowing plan for FY 2025-26. “In compliance with Regulation 29 & 50(1) of SEBI (Listing and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, this is to inform that the Board meeting of Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, inter alia, to consider the matter regarding the Borrowing Plan for FY 2025-26,” the company had said in a previous filing to the stock exchanges. IREDA shares jump 9% on Rs 4,500 crore fundraising plan

In its filing to the exchanges post-market hours on Wednesday, IREDA informed about its fundraising plan via FPO or other routes — qualified institutional placement (QIP), rights issue, or preferential issue. It could also be a combination of these, the filing said. At 10:09 am, the stock was trading 6.8% higher at Rs 255 on BSE. The stock was listed on November 29, 2023, and has jumped by a whopping 700% versus the issue price of Rs 32.
