IndiaMart to announce Q3 earnings today. Here's what to expect

Revenue for the quarter ended December 2024 is projected to grow by approximately 15.4 -15.5% year-on-year, reaching between Rs 352.4 crore and Rs 352.7 crore. Shares of IndiaMART closed nearly 2% higher on Friday at Rs 2,283.05 on the BSE. Despite the recent uptick, the stock has declined 12.24% over the past year and 24.87% in the last three months, reflecting broader challenges faced by the company. Additionally, the company also reported an 18% jump in its revenue on a year-on-year basis (YoY) at Rs 348 crore for the second quarter ended September 2024, which stood at Rs 295 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. IndiaMart’s EBITDA stood at Rs 134.6 crore, up by 68.3% YoY while the EBITDA margins stood at 38.7% for the quarter against 27.1% reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
