KPI Green Energy shares surge 5% to hit upper circuit as Q3 profit soars 67% YoY; declares interim dividend

The consolidated net profit rose to Rs 84.50 crore in Q3 FY25, up from Rs 50.61 crore in the same period last year. The company's revenue from operations for the third quarter also saw a significant uptick, registering a 38.8% YoY growth to Rs 458.36 crore, compared to Rs 330 crore in the year-ago quarter. The company attributed this robust performance to sustainable growth in its renewable energy business. Cummins India shares rally 5% on strong Q3 print, Rs 18 interim dividend

The company, a unit of US-based truck engine maker Cummins Inc., said its profit climbed from Rs 499 crore a year earlier, driven by steady demand for its power generators. Revenue for the third quarter rose 22% YoY to Rs 3,052 crore. The board of directors declared an interim dividend of Rs 18 per equity share, or 900% on the face value of Rs 2 each, for the financial year 2024-25. Waaree Renewable shares skyrocket 16% as investors buy the dip
