Vishal Mega Mart shares will be in focus on Tuesday as promoter entity Samayat Services LLP is set to offload a 10% stake in the company through block deals. The deal, estimated at Rs 5,057 crore, is expected to be executed at a floor price of Rs 110 per share — about 12% lower than Monday’s closing price of Rs 124.90. The development was reported by CNBC-TV18. On Monday, Vishal Mega Mart shares closed with gains of Rs 1.15, or 0.93%. Samayat Services held 74.55% stake in the company as on March 31, 2025.
