Realty retreat: Stocks fall up to 28% in 1 year, slip below 200 DMA. What should investors do now?

The fall has been driven by slowdown in sales and weak outlook which has reflected in the Q4FY25 earnings. The highest fall has been seen in Sobha followed by Godrej Properties and DLF which have fallen 24% and 21%, respectively. Others like Signatureglobal (India), Prestige Estates Projects and Brigade Enterprises have fallen between 9% and 6%. At the index level, the BSE Realty has fallen 11% in the past 12 months. There are some which have gained too. Stocks like Anant Raj, Macrotech Developers, Oberoi Realty and The Phoenix Mills, have appreciated between 16% and 2%.
