IREDA shares jump 4% ahead of board meeting to consider borrowing plan for FY2025-26

[hfe_template id='11223'] [ad_1] The shares of the Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) jumped 4% to their day’s high of Rs 176.80 on the BSE on March 25, ahead of the company’s board meeting, which is scheduled later today to consider matters related to its borrowing plan for FY 2025-26. “In compliance with Regulation 29 & 50(1) of SEBI (Listing and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, this is to inform that the Board meeting of Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, inter alia, to consider the matter regarding the Borrowing Plan for FY 2025-26,” the company had said in a previous filing to the stock exchanges. Earlier last week, the company also approved a Rs 5,000 crore enhancement to the borrowing program for FY 2024-25, to which the stock had reacted positively.
