Q3 results today: Power Grid, Divi's Labs among 104 companies to announce earnings on Monday

The third quarter earnings season is underway and about 104 companies will announce their results on Tuesday. Key results to watch out include from Power Grid, Divi's Labs, General Insurance Corp and Tata Chemicals.

Apart from the above, companies like Gland Pharma, Aditya Birla Capital, KPR Mill, KEC International, Premier Energies, Sky Gold, Stove Kraft, Welspun Enterprises and a few others will also declare their quarter results.


Power Grid Q3 expectations


State-owned Power Grid is likely to report modest numbers in the third quarter ended December 2024, reflective of the modest capitalization on expanded asset base.Kotak Equities estimates profit to rise by a marginal 0.6% year-on-year (YoY), while revenues are expected to decline nearly 1% YoY.On a standalone basis, Motilal Oswal sees revenue growing 7% YoY to Rs 11,400 crore. Meanwhile, EBITDA is expected to improve 5% YoY to Rs 9900 crore.

In the preceding second quarter, Power Grid reported a flat consolidated net profit at Rs 3,793 crore. Revenues were also flat at Rs 11,278 crore.

Divi's Labs Q3 expectations


Divi's Labs net profit is seen jumping 56% YoY to Rs 558 crore, according to Kotak Equities on the back of near 30% YoY growth in revenues.

"We expect generic APIs to grow 6% YoY in 3QFY25. Continued traction in CSM is likely with 55% YoY growth. For the nutraceuticals segment, we factor in 18% yoy growth. Accordingly, we expect Divi's to report overall sales growth of 29% YoY," the brokerage said.

Meanwhile, Nuvama is estimating Divi's revenue will grow 20% YoY driven by strong showing in Sacubitril/Valsartan.

Divi's gross margins are likely to improve 70 bps QoQ to 59.3%. Divi's overall third quarter EBITDA to grow 53% YoY to Rs 750 crore, with EBITDA margins expanding 480 bps YoY.

Waaree Energies shares in focus after Q4 profit rises 34% to Rs 619 crore, revenue up 36%
