Shares of IndiGo, JSW Steel, DLF and Godrej Consumer will be in focus as the companies will announce their third quarter results later today.


Adani Green
Adani Green Energy reported a 85% year-on-year jump in its December quarter consolidated net profit at Rs 474 crore versus Rs 256 crore posted in the year ago period.

ZEE
ZEE Entertainment Enterprises (ZEEL) reported 180% year-on-year (YoY) growth in its consolidated net profit at Rs 164 crore in the third quarter, while operating revenue declined 3% YoY to Rs 1,979 crore.


Indus Towers
Indus Towers to enter EV charging infrastructure sector as the company launched pilot EV charging stations in Gurugram and Bengaluru

Jyoti Structures
Jyoti Structures received a notification of award for a project worth Rs 741.28 crore from Power Grid.HPCL
Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL) reported a 257% year-on-year growth in its December quarter consolidated net profit at Rs 2,544 crore versus Rs 713 crore posted in the year ago period.United Spirits
United Spirits reported a net profit of Rs 335 crore in the quarter ended December 2024, while revenue from operations stood at Rs 3,433 crore.

Mphasis
Mphasis posted a net profit of Rs 428 crore in the third quarter. Revenue from operations during the same period came in at Rs 3,561 crore.

Mankind Pharma
Mankind Pharma's net profit fell 16% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 380 crore in the December quarter. Revenues, meanwhile, were up 24% YoY to Rs 3,230 crore.

HG Infra
HG Infra incorporated subsidiary HG Bahuvan Jagarnathpur Highway for a project worth Rs 763.1 crore in Uttar Pradesh.

Patanjali Foods
Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) directed Patanjali Foods to recall red chilli powder of a certain batch number due to non-conformance of FSSAI norms.

Dr Reddy's
Dr Reddy's reported a 2% year-on-year growth in its December quarter consolidated net profit at Rs 1,413 crore versus Rs 1,379 crore posted in the year ago period.

Kotak Mahindra Bank
Kotak Mahindra Bank acquired the personal loan book of Standard Chartered Bank India for Rs 3,330 crore.
