ITI shares rally over 19% to hit all-time high of Rs 545.55

Shares of state-owned ITI Ltd, operating under the Department of Telecommunications, climbed as much as 19.3% on Monday, reaching an intraday high of Rs 545.55 on the BSE.

The surge in the PSU's stock comes on the back of robust financial results and growing investor confidence, bolstered by the government’s emphasis on infrastructure development and rising demand for telecommunications equipment. ITI's participation in various strategic government contracts has further strengthened its market presence.


On the relative strength indicator (RSI), ITI shares are currently positioned above the 70 mark, which indicates an overbought range. An RSI below 30 is considered oversold, while above 70 indicates overbought conditions, implying that the stock may experience some pullback eventually.

Despite hitting a 52-week low of Rs 210 per share on the NSE on October 25, the company has shown remarkable growth over the past year. As of January 6, the company’s market capitalization stands at Rs 51,186.45 crore.


Over the last year, ITI shares have surged 70.81%, including a 41% gain in 2025 so far. Notably, the stock has delivered a staggering 348% return in the past 12 months.

On November 14, ITI Ltd reported its Q2 results, reflecting exceptional recovery and growth. The company’s revenue soared 312.3% year-over-year, while the quarterly loss narrowed to Rs 70.33 crore, marking a 44.19% improvement compared to the same period last year.Quarter-on-quarter, ITI’s revenue grew by 95.43%, and losses shrank by 22.98%, highlighting enhanced operational efficiency and prudent financial management.ITI Limited has vast experience in executing OFN work around India for BharatNet and is already successfully executing OFN projects worth around Rs 5,400 crore in the states of Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, and Gujarat.

The company specializes in the manufacturing, trading, and servicing of telecommunications equipment. Additionally, it offers telephone communication services and other ancillary solutions, cementing its role as a critical player in the telecom sector.
