Minority shareholders of ICICI Securities led by Bengaluru-based investment manager Manu Rishi Guptha have filed a class action suit with National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) against ICICI Bank's bid to delist its broking arm from the Indian bourses.


YES Bank
Yes Bank reported a standalone net profit of Rs 452 crore for the quarter ended March 2024, which jumped 123% year-on-year.

IDFC First Bank
IDFC First Bank reported a net profit of Rs 724 crore for the quarter ended March, which was down from Rs 802 crore a year ago.

HCL Tech
HCL Technologies reported a net profit of Rs 3,995 crore for the quarter ended March 2024, which was marginally higher year-on-year.

NBCC
NBCC received an in-principle approval to form a wholly owned subsidiary in Dubai.

Ircon International
Ircon International has received an order worth Rs 1,198 crore from the East Coast Railway.
