F&O Ban: SAIL, Hindustan Copper among 7 stocks under trade ban on Wednesday

[hfe_template id='11223'] [ad_1] Seven stocks are under F&O trade ban on Wednesday viz. Balrampur Chini Mills, GNFC Hindustan Copper, India Cements, Piramal Enterprises, SAIL and Sun TV Network. While GNFC and Piramal Enterprises are new entries in the ban list, GMR Airports Infrastructure managed to come out of the ban on Wednesday. The Future & Options contracts of any stock enter the ban period when the open interest (OI) on it crosses 95% of the market wide positions limits or MWPL. The ban on it is reversed only if the open interest falls below 80%. Traders who trade in index do not encounter a situation of security ban. The MWPL for Balrampur Chini Mills stood at 106.4% on Tuesday with OI reported by Trendlyne at 10.7 million.
